It can often be difficult to know who are the right people to turn to to help with a tree problem and to create new growth opportunities. If not done properly by qualified tree surgeons (sometimes you'll hear us called Arborists or Arboriculturalists) then this can sometimes lead to injury, properties getting damaged and damage to trees that will never grow back and fix themselves. Whether it's us at Tree Peaks you choose or another Tree Surgeon company then here's some key things to consider.
Why get a professional Tree Surgeon to complete the work? As a child, did you ever fall out of a tree? Well, hopefully not, but if you were ever in the unfortunate position of taking a tumble out of one, then you'll know it hurts and can lead to broken bones (and worse, sometimes death). As a professional Tree Surgeon company, all our team are full qualified and professional Tree Surgeons who are NPTC trained. All the work we do is carried out to BS 3998 standards and adheres to AFAG guidelines. It goes without saying, cutting trees down, pruning them and felling them is a highly-skilled job and must be done with the right harness equipment and tools. It must be complete with the upmost care and attention to detail. We are insured Tree Surgeons. Not only are our people insured to do the job, but we also have insurance to cover any public liability (such as property damage) if it ever occurred which is very unlikely. How can you tell if a Tree Surgeon is the real deal? Anyone can call themselves a Tree Surgeon and advertise themselves as one. Sadly though, this is not a guarantee of a qualified Arborist. Qualified and competent Tree Surgeons will have certificates (National Proficiency Tests Council (NPTC)) which show that they have been trained and assessed - just like all our guys at Tree Peaks. Additionally, make sure that whoever you use have the correct safety certificates and equipment in place to complete the job for you. Who can I speak to for more information? That would be our main Surgeon Bertie. You can click here to find all our contact information. #TreePeaks

Risk is pretty much the reason as well as the knowledge, specially for taller trees. Also the right tools and equipment to increase safety operation.
